Security
How we approach security.
Nimmbat is an early product and a trading name of LDK Consulting Group LTD. This page explains how we are designing it and how we handle information today, in terms we can stand behind.
Permission-aware by design
Nimmbat is being built to respect the access rules your tools already enforce. The goal is simple: people should only get answers drawn from sources they are allowed to open themselves.
Answers you can check
Every answer points to the sources it came from, so people can verify it and the owners of those sources can correct what is outdated.
People stay in charge
Your teams decide which sources Nimmbat can use. Answers support people’s judgement; they do not replace the owners and approvers your processes already rely on.
Collecting only what we need
The Design Partner application asks for business contact details and information about your company and onboarding. It does not ask for sensitive personal data or details about individual employees. Read our Privacy notice for how we handle it.
Public AI demo
The public demo uses pre-written information about a fictional company. When you send a question, the question and any conversation history you submit are sent to DeepSeek to draft a response. Keep real confidential information out of the demo. Read DeepSeek’s privacy policy for how DeepSeek describes its handling of submitted content.
A security review before any pilot
Before a pilot starts, your security team can review how Nimmbat would access, process, store and delete your company’s information. The scope and data handling for a pilot are agreed in writing with your company.
